What to expect once you are a client.
Your file is centralized
One person acts as the primary on your file and keeps it up to date through the year. Everything is kept together, so if you or the CRA have a question, anyone on the team can look it up without starting a new file.

We go through what changed, what you owe and why, before the return goes anywhere.
