Contact us before you reply. Most letters are routine reviews that ask for supporting documents, but the wording is often alarming. We check what it asks for and handle the response on your behalf.
By email is best. WhatsApp or text is fine if that is easier for you, and you can always bring paper copies to the office. Documents that need a signature are sent to you for e-signature.
Tell us a little about your situation. The first consultation is free, by phone or in person.
